Who doesn't love a blueberry muffin. When I first made these, they were gone in a day. Mostly because my brother ate them all, and he actually complimented me for once! He said they're better than bought ones! So that's a score!
This recipe uses fresh blueberries, so if you eat ten, you could count them as some of your five a day ;).
They are so easy to make, and you can just do the all in one method!
Fresh blueberry muffins
350g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
115g caster sugar
2 eggs
300ml milk
115g butter
175g fresh blueberries
Place all the ingredients apart from the blueberries in a bowl and mix until combined.
Fold in the fresh blueberries.
Bake in the oven at 200c for 20-25 minutes.
I hope you love them as much as I do...and my brother! :P
